Preconstruction Planning
One of our Strengths is to assist the Owner in working with the Design team to develop the Scope of work and Design criteria to meet the Owner's requirements and optimize the end value for the Project.
Design Development
Once the preconstruction planning is complete, we work with the Design team to develop drawings and specifications suitable for obtaining City Permits and develop Preliminary Budget.
Construction
Management
While we are waiting for Permits we go out to Tender to generate more accurate budget. We review Budget and all quotations with Owner and then start awarding contracts, monitor the construction and expedite to get project completed in a timely and efficient manner.
About Our
Team
Our Team members each have over 35 years of Design and or Construction Experience on a wide variety of projects.
Joe McGovern, P.Eng, his strengths include Structural and Architectural Design, Project and Construction Management.
Craig Parsons, his strengths include very practical experience as Carpenter, Superintendent, Project and Construction Management. Craig will be taking sometime off in 2019 and will be available part time.
Jim Wong, his strengths site supervision, Carpentry, Estimating, Project and Construction Management.
